Blueman is showing same errors as above even now. I purged bluez via sudo apt-get remove –purge bluez then installed bluez from here https: Ubuntu Forums Code of Conduct.

Please do not test the kernel in the daily folder, but the one all the way at the bottom. In terminal, i used rfcomm connect command, it asked for pass in my mobile but no pass worked as i think there is no pairing agent bind to the bluetooth device.
Currently, I have uninstalled bluez and with it i think gnome-bluetooththen installed blueman and it reinstalled bluez4. I have tried in both natty and oneiric. Im guessing it will be fixed in future version of ubuntu with newer bluetooth applet.
