If it was a conflict, I would expect that removing 1 of the 2 conflicting parts would be enough to fix it?
I’m not seeing anything right off that may be causing this. I don’t see the volume control in the tray anymore. Are skund any devices listed under Other Devices?

This is why Belarc reports a lot of missing patches. The MS Device should reinstall on reboot. The easiest would probably be to install Belarc on your computer and then open the. It’s possible that’s where the conflict is, but I doubt it.
Belarc display results in html format with references to image files n the local hard drive. Do you already have an account? I would use Desktop. And thanks to majorgeeks for existing! I cannot confirm if the problem is a conflict between Skype and QuickCam because I already had uninstalled Skype a few days ago as adivsed by musksnipe but it did not fix the problem.
