I checked with Linksys and apparently they don’t have windows 7 drivers yet. I was able to find a link from a thread in seven forums for a driver, but that one did not work either. Message 4 of 20 , Views. I have tried a lot of drivers from Linksys and other manufactorers. Before deciding, I did audition the built-in Realtek ALC chip on my motherboard, but for some reason it didn’t sound as good as an older ALC chip sounded on another machine of mine Thought it might be usefull for anybody having the same problems as i did. I cannot find any win7 drivers for it. So I decided to go with the X-Fi Titanium, and was very very happy. I’ve tried searching around for solutions getting the drivers to work for it, but everything I found hasn’t helped, so I thought I would try here.

Welcome to Windows 7 Wjndows. What really makes me mad is that linksys is so far behind that they dont have a driver for 7 64bit, Then to top it off they had enough nerve to offer me model numbers for a new card that would work! I started with the driver and it worked right away.
The time now is It is a real bummer I tell ya! Move on to other challenges. Their site only has vista 32bit drivers.
In fact, the thread ends recently windowa I checked with Linksys and apparently they don’t have windows 7 drivers yet. Actually, just noticed this is the identical link that Pooch posted above Can you please tell me how you manage to add the Windows 7 standard driver for your Linksys card?

I have tried a lot of drivers from Linksys and other manufactorers. Sounds from the writeup that this guy got it to work, but you have to force the install according to his screenshots and step-by-step procedure.
