I don’t need a power chord. As easy as one can expect. Its pretty plasticy but it feels good and for the price i can not complain! Level configuration and nothing much has been reported as separate plug in, play on, varying the octaves fiddling Pitch Bend or Mod-Wheel is super basic You get what you pay for. It only affected the keyboard cosmetically.

I was starting up a studio and needed a good USB keyboard to play instruments. Only a few surface scratches from storing it for a few months. No need for a manual since this thing is literally a piano keyystation nothing more. It connects to your computer USB and both pitch and modulation wheels.

I’ve disliked the feel of the keys since I purchased it, and I’m currently trying to figure out what the heck I should invest in next It has everything you need to make music of your choice. The price was right so I got one. I had a power supply and I use only free midi pedal.


I have used a few other M-audio keyboards like the Axiom series and I must say the key quality and feel on those is much much better.

Write a user review. I am running this on a Mac Book Pro that has a 2. This is truthfully a beginners unit. It does its job. Its not supposed to have knobs and sliders so there isnt anything missing. While I am not a keyboard player by trade, it feels good to play and is easy to m-aaudio overall. I’ve had it almost for a year now and have had no problems.

The power of the machine can be done via USB or via a transformer not supplied. This is a really cheap 49 key board. Never junked out on me.

Just install the driver and plug it in. So for me it’s perfect. I guess a good way to sum up my thoughts is that I am upset with the quality but for the price I really don’t feel right complaining. This one has none.

I’m extremely happy with this product and recommend it as a cheap solution for those looking to explore MIDI on their computer. I don’t love this keyboard lol.

That’s exactly the application I bought it for way back when. I don’t have a manual so I don’t know how thorough it is, but if you can install it without any issues, it should be pretty smooth sailing.
